56 CONS at Luke AFB, Arizona M4A1 Force-on-Force Tactical Training System in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. This is a Brand Name or "equal" requirement. The brand referenced in the salient characteristics is manufactured by Unit Solutions and all "equal" quotes should meet or exceed the provided characteristics. Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) Must be emailed to the Point of Contact listed below and valid until 30 September 2026. Please include all associated costs with thisitem to include shipping, etc. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for thiseffort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reservesthe right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Governmentcancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree with all instructions and proceduresdescribed herein.
