The U.S. Air Force Fire Department at Maxwell AFB and Gunter annex is seeking new bunkroom furniture to outfit its facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Maxwell Air Force Base Fire Department - 42nd Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB - Products Requested: - 30 Twin XL solid oak beds with ladder ends, adjustable height bedsprings, heavy duty locking hooks, and natural wood finish - 60 solid oak under-bed storage drawers with heavy duty tracks, padlock eyes, and integrated finger pulls (2 drawers per bed) - 1 unit of bunkroom furniture as defined in the Statement of Requirements (SOR), paras 2.1-2.2.5 - Services Requested: - Contractor assembly of all furniture items upon delivery - Notable Requirements: - All furniture must be brand new, durable, and comfortable - Delivery is ground only to Maxwell AFB; contractor must assemble all items - OEM standard commercial warranty required at no extra cost - Furniture must be solid oak, with internally banded bullnose edges, and beds must accept a 38 x 80 mattress (cannot be bunked) - Procurement is a 100% small business set-aside for Department of the Air Force Office Workplace Furniture Tier II vendors
