Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy and OCPS/Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention (DDTP) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source to proposed contractor, CHN Nebraska, doing business as (dba) Center for Nutrition & Health
Impact (CNHI). Authority cited RFO 12.201-1 Restricting competition and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The proposed contractor shall coordinate and facilitate IHS Produce Prescription Pilot Program (P4) evaluation activities to address food insecurity in Native communities by:
Creating and managing the IHS Produce Prescription Pilot Program (P4) evaluation framework, including data coordination for the existing and additional programs. Organizing and facilitating meetings with IHS P4 support team staff and grantees. Organizing nutrition security training and evaluation capacity-building activities for P4 grantees
