This is a combined synopsis solicitation for DUAL ELEMENT FILTERS

Required:

Return the RFQ (broken down per CLIN), ALL PAGES Fill-in all areas of the RFQ (including blank spaces within Provisions/Clauses). The CORPORATE EXPERIENCE DATA SHEET must be filled-out and returned with the RFQ.

Optional:  Your internal company quote may be submitted with the RFQ IF you choose.  It is not a requirement.

The contract price must include all applicable Federal, state, and local taxes and duties, and shipping (not separately listed).
