Description
The North East Texas Workforce Development Board is soliciting proposals for audit services including the preparation of the Board's Single Audit of federal and state grants and all other programs administered by the Board. Additionally, a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) compliance audit of the Board's service delivery contractor is required. The contract covers the 12-month fiscal year from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with an option to renew for up to four additional 12-month periods. The selected firm will also prepare IRS Form 990 for the fiscal year and be responsible for any required extensions and penalties for late filing. An electronic copy of the audit report and management letter must be provided to the Board.
