This opportunity seeks vendors for secure IT and telecommunications equipment installation in two classified conference rooms at Peterson Space Force Base. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, FA2517 21 CONS BLDG 350, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado - Requested Products and Equipment: - 2 commercial-grade video displays (wireless/Bluetooth disabled) - 2 LED classification signs (for doorway and front displays) - NIAP-approved KVM switch (minimum 3 inputs for NIPR, SIPR, AFSCI operator PCs) - Video matrix switcher (independent routing to displays) - Audio DSP (integrates microphones with existing speakers) - JITC-approved VTC codec (supports NIPR, SIPR, AFSCI video, and phone conferencing) - PTZ or multi-camera system (wide and focused room coverage) - Multi-directional microphone array (covers entire conference space) - Touch screen control panel (no wireless/Bluetooth) - A/V control system processor (Crestron programming by Gold Level Programmer if selected) - Internal wiring and cabling (HDMI, DisplayPort, shielded Cat6) - Mounting hardware (for displays, cameras, LED signage) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All wireless/Bluetooth features must be physically or firmware-disabled - Components must meet NIAP or JITC approval where applicable - Secure DoDIN-approved VTC system required - Installation in both Secret and Top Secret conference rooms - Programming requirements if Crestron is selected - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all components must meet security and approval standards.

This sources sought is for the purchase and installation of IT and Telecommunications equipment for two conferenece rooms On PSFB CO. One conference room is classified as secret; the other is classified as Top Secret. Drawings, product lists, and Statements of Work are provided as attachments to this sources sought. All document are unclassified to provide information necessary for information requested. Please respond if you have capability to perform the required services in one or both conference rooms.
