This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, The purpose of this notice is to obtain information for market research purposes only:
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island at Fort Dix is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for the repair of the loading dock concrete and the installation of a new handrail at the following location: PFC Roy M. Reynolds USARC/BMA# 102-1, 4603 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV046, 26101. The purpose of this requirement is to perform the following functions: a.) pressure wash the entire loading ramp area; b.) repair the concrete that is cracked and pushed loose by frost heave/freezing expansion; c.) install new handrail (the current handrail has become loose causing safety concerns). The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The expected delivery period shall be 120 Calendar Days from the Notice-to-Proceed date to complete all tasks in accordance with the Specifications-of-Work (SOW).
