Description

This solicitation is for Cisco Smartnet Maintenance and support renewals for onsite service with a 24-7-4 hour response window for Interconnects. The contract terms are for no more than one year from various start dates to July 22, 2027. Only MBE dealers on specified state contracts may respond, and quoted prices must be at or below contract pricing. The lowest responsible MBE quote will be selected, and the contract may be renewed for up to three additional one-year terms.
