Bat Exclusion Services Building 13 Chapel

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market-research purposes only. It is not a solicitation, request for quotation, or promise that the Government will issue a future solicitation.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified businesses capable of providing bat-exclusion services at Building 13, the Historic Chapel, located at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee 37684.

The work includes sealing potential bat entry points, installing bat cones to allow the bats to exit and prevent reentry, returning within one to two weeks to remove the cones, permanently sealing the remaining openings, and providing a one-year warranty. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, tools, and equipment needed to perform the work. See the attached Statement of Work for additional information.
