NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is soliciting installation services for mobile radio systems in Navy Region Southwest Fire & Emergency Services vehicles. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego - Office: NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR SAN DIEGO - OEMs Highlighted: - Motorola - Kenwood - Products & Services Requested: - Installation of Motorola XTL 5000 and Kenwood mobile radio systems - Specialized command modules (Troy Products Command post with hinged drawer face whiteboard) - Materials: power protection circuit package, high-gain antennas, NMO mounts, low-loss RF coaxial cabling, shielded power runs, fuses, ignition-sense wiring, LVD switches, OEM data/control cables, vehicle-specific mounting brackets and faceplates - Physical mounting, wiring, functional testing, and compliance with OEM and Motorola R56 standards - Unique Requirements: - Installation across multiple Navy Fire & Emergency Services vehicles at various Naval installations in California - Contractor must supply all labor, tools, materials, and technical expertise - Government provides primary radio units as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) - Delivery required within 120 days post-award - Performance period is one year - 100% small business set-aside - Firm fixed price contract

Description

This requirement is for Mobile Radio Installation for Navy Region Southwest Fire & Emergency Services.  The contractor shall provide all required labor, tools, materials, and technical expertise to install Motorola  XTL 5000 and Kenwood mobile radio systems, including specialized command modules and associated cabling, across multiple Navy Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) vehicles located at various Naval installations in California.
