Description

Facility Managements and Security Services section of the IRS Spokane Fresno Territory needs a service, 3 parking spaces, located near WA0064 Thomas Foley Federal Courthouse, 920 W. Riverside Ave Spokane, WA 99201. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for a parking facility to provide parking spaces for the Fresno IRS Territory. The contractor shall provide services of 3 parking lot/garage spaces for IRS to park and use vehicles. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (unless otherwise stated), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all services described herein. This requirement is for provision of parking lot spaces for use within walking distance, no more than 15 minute walk, of IRS WA0064 Thomas Foley Federal Courthouse.
