The University of Arkansas Fayetteville (UAF), through its Facilities Management and Office of Business Affairs, is seeking sealed bids for two condenser water pumps and two associated motors for the North Chiller Plant modernization project. - Government Buyer: - University of Arkansas Fayetteville (UAF), Facilities Management, Office of Business Affairs - OEMs and Vendors: - Acceptable pump manufacturers: Goulds, Weir Floway, IDP, Deming, Weinman, Fairbanks Morse - Acceptable motor manufacturers: Siemens, Toshiba, GE, ABB, TECO - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) vertical turbine condenser water pumps (8,200 GPM, 78 ft head, 20-inch discharge, based on Goulds VIT or equivalent) - Two (2) associated motors (200 HP, 1200 RPM, 480V, 3-phase, premium efficiency, inverter duty, VFD compatible) - All required accessories, submittals, installation, and testing - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Factory performance testing required for pumps above 25 HP - Motors must meet premium efficiency standards and be compatible with variable frequency drives (VFDs) - Compliance with NEMA, IEEE, ANSI, and NEC standards - Minimum 2-year equipment warranty - Delivery required within 30 days after receipt of purchase order for in-stock items - Contract is open for cooperative use by other Arkansas public procurement units - Contract term up to four years with three optional renewal years (total up to seven years)
