The Vista Irrigation District is seeking an experienced Class A – General Engineering Contractor or C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor to perform final paving work in coordination with the District's mainline replacement project on Cassou Road. The scope includes trench and patch paving, asphalt work for private easements, and concrete work for Edwin Lane, all conforming to County of San Diego standards with some exceptions.
