Description

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) supports eligible Indian Tribes and intertribal consortia to implement approved Nonpoint Source (NPS) management programs pursuant to Clean Water Act Section 319(b)(1). The EPA will award grants to implement best management practices and measures outlined in Tribal NPS Management Program Plans to address identified NPS pollution sources. Approximately 20 awards are anticipated with a total funding of $3.5 million and individual awards up to $175,000. The project period is generally 1 to 2 years, and cost sharing or matching is required.
