Description

The project involves complete street improvements along W. Voorhis Avenue from S. Clara Avenue east to S. Woodland Boulevard. Work includes roadway narrowing, construction of sidewalks on both sides, ADA curb ramps, installation and modification of drainage structures, adjustment of utility manhole lids, signing and pavement markings, traffic signal modifications, landscape and hardscape features, and sodding of disturbed areas. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at the Utilities Administration Building in DeLand, Florida.
