Killeen Independent School District (KISD) is seeking supplemental proposals for Building Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, and Related Services. - Government Buyer: - Killeen Independent School District (KISD), Purchasing Office - Scope of Procurement: - Wide range of MRO categories including: appliance repair, asphalt repair, automotive supplies, blind repair, boiler equipment, brick/masonry repair, concrete repair, custodial equipment, doors/hardware, electrical supplies, equipment repair, fasteners, flag pole repair, flooring, glass repairs, groundskeeping, HVAC, icemaker parts, iron/sheet metal, laminate, landscaping, locksmith supplies, lumber, paint/paint booth repair, physical education equipment, playground equipment, plumbing, pressure washing, refrigerants, rental equipment, roofing, scoreboard/swimming clocks, septic/lift station, signage/safety, welding, and miscellaneous items - Vendors are to offer their full catalog of products and services, with pricing based on a discount from catalog prices - No specific part numbers or quantities; pricing is per distributor/reseller catalog less discount - Notable Requirements: - Multiple awards may be made based on price, availability, convenience, reliability, responsiveness, and track record - Vendors must provide numeric values for all line items, submit a current W-9, and comply with KISD insurance requirements if providing services - This is a supplemental bid; vendors already awarded under the original RFP do not need to respond for those line items - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit proposals - Period of Performance: - Initial term of approximately one year, with up to four one-year renewal options and a possible 60-day extension at KISD's discretion

The Killeen Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the purchase of Building Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, and Related Items & Services. This contract allows the district to purchase on an as-needed basis from a competitively awarded contract. Vendors are requested to submit their full line of available products and services with competitive pricing based on a discount from catalog prices. Multiple awards may be made to vendors offering the best competitive pricing, allowing the district to select vendors based on price, availability, convenience, reliability, responsiveness, and track record.
