Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for inspections, maintenance, and testing of fire extinguishers and Vent-A Hoods at Terrell State Hospital. The scope includes annual fire extinguisher inspections and required maintenance, as well as service and inspection of fire sprinkler and alarm systems on an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly basis. Documentation is required for all buildings, backflow devices, tamper and flow switches, domestic and fire line backflow devices, RPZ backflow devices, and hydrants.
