The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide Swimming Pool Maintenance Services.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

An organized site visit (highly recommended) has been scheduled for August 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) at Square of Donetsk People's Republic, bld. 1, Moscow, Russia 121099, U.S. Embassy in Moscow.

Offerors interested to attend should e-mail a company name and its representative’s name, surname, date of birth, citizenship information to the following e-mail address: moscowgsoprocurement@state.gov, no later than August 19, 2026, at 16:00 p.m. Moscow time.

Quotations are due on or before 6-00 p.m. local Moscow time on August 31, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov. All quotes are to be addressed to the Contracting Officer and marked "Quotation 19RS5026Q0010 Enclosed".
