Kosensky, QPA, CCPO, RPPO - Services Requested: - Homeless planning consulting, including: - Data collection and narrative preparation for the annual Continuum of Care (CoC) application to HUD - Attendance at CoC Committee meetings - Management of the Coordinated Entry System - Technical assistance with HUD internet-based applications - Preparation of policy guidelines - Assistance with the annual Point in Time Count - Coordination and submission of data for Longitudinal System Analysis and other HUD reporting - Support related to Continuum of Care grants - No OEMs or hardware products are involved; this is a professional services engagement - Maximum contract fee is $28,000, with $14,000 paid by the county - Compliance with New Jersey anti-discrimination and affirmative action requirements is mandatory - Proposals must be submitted in hard copy; vendors are responsible for monitoring the county website for updates

Description

The County of Somerset is soliciting proposals for a consultant to provide homeless planning services for the Somerset County Community Development Office.
