Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the maintenance, repair, overhaul, and rewinding of large industrial motors for Austin Energy and Austin Water. The contract covers services for motors up to and including 4160-volt motors, including potential purchase of replacement motors when repairs are not economical. Work will be performed at various City of Austin facilities including power stations, district cooling plants, and water treatment plants. The contract term is initially 12 months with options for four additional 12-month extensions.
