This solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of a 3rd-Generation Mobile Retroreflectometer Unit (MRU) System or approved equal, which is a high-speed, vehicle-mounted system capable of measuring dual-side pavement markings and safety-critical in-lane symbols at highway speeds. The procurement includes a secondary vehicle installation and quick-release kit, on-site installation, calibration, certified operator training, and a 12-month hardware warranty with software support.
