Description
The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking letters of interest to provide one-time funding to an agency or provider capable of offering statewide training in the Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood (DC:0-5™) and Foundational Trainings in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH). The training aims to enhance mental health services for children birth to five and their families by supporting workforce development and promoting healthy caregiver/child relationships. The DC:0-5™ training covers a multi-axial diagnostic approach, while the IECMH training includes at least twenty one-hour modules on various relevant topics. Applicants must have experience in statewide training, mental health services for young children, and be located in New York State.
