Description

The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) has been granted an exemption from competitive advertising to contract with the Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center. The contract is for providing Training and Technical Assistance (TA) to OCFS and state partner agencies for the Collaboration for Youth and Community Safety (CYCS) initiative and other youth justice-related policy and practice improvements. This is a single source contract under New York State Finance Law §163.10(b) as competitive procurement was deemed not feasible.
