Description

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is seeking proposals from public sector organizations to develop large portfolios of public Level 2 electric vehicle charging sites within their jurisdictions. The program requires that proposed locations be publicly owned, publicly accessible, and may be on- or off-street. Off-street sites must accommodate at least four plugs, and on-street sites must accommodate at least two plugs, all capable of charging vehicles at a minimum of 6.2 kW. Equipment and networks must be approved by NYSERDA through a specific qualification process.
