Delaware Technical and Community College (DTCC) is seeking qualified firms to provide professional engineering, architectural, and construction management services for public works projects across Delaware. - Government Buyer: - Delaware Technical and Community College (DTCC) - Office of the President Building - Contact: Mark DeVore, P.E., Collegewide Director of Facilities - Scope of Services: - Architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering - Landscape architecture, site and master planning, interior design - Construction management and contract administration - Services cover new construction, renovations, repairs, and replacement of infrastructure (e.g., roadways, parking lots, bridges, walkways, courtyards, drainage structures, stormwater controls) - Notable Requirements: - Firms must be professionally registered in Delaware - Demonstrated experience with similar public works projects - Familiarity with Delaware's Sediment and Stormwater Program and Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) on staff is preferred - Insurance requirements include general liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, and automotive liability (if applicable) - Awardees must enter into AIA agreements (B101-2017 or C132-2019) with state-specific amendments - Contract Details: - Multiple awards possible - Contract duration up to five years - Scope and number of projects depend on funding availability

Description

Delaware Technical and Community College (DTCC) is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Construction Managers for public works construction projects statewide. The selected teams will provide a range of professional services including architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, site and master planning, landscape architecture, interior design, and construction and contract management. Projects may include new construction, renovation, repair, or replacement of infrastructure such as roadways, parking lots, bridges, and stormwater controls. The scope and number of projects depend on funding availability, and the consultant will work under the direction of DTCC's Facilities team.
