Description
Delaware Technical and Community College (DTCC) is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Construction Managers for public works construction projects statewide. The selected teams will provide a range of professional services including architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, site and master planning, landscape architecture, interior design, and construction and contract management. Projects may include new construction, renovation, repair, or replacement of infrastructure such as roadways, parking lots, bridges, and stormwater controls. The scope and number of projects depend on funding availability, and the consultant will work under the direction of DTCC's Facilities team.
