Description

The Delaware Public Service Commission is seeking professional consultant services related to PJM Interconnection and wholesale electricity markets. The consultant will monitor PJM stakeholder meetings, attend select PJM and Organization of PJM States, Inc. (OPSI) meetings, and provide recommendations on matters affecting transmission cost allocation, transmission planning, PJM governance, regional energy markets, and energy policy in Delaware. Proposals must be submitted by September 29, 2026, and must include a transmittal letter summarizing the firm's interest and any exceptions to the RFP requirements.
