Description
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking qualified respondents to review High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) across multiple content areas and grade bands. This review is part of the continuous improvement of TEA's Open Education Resources (OER). The scope includes full and partial sets of instructional materials for various subjects and grade levels, including Prekindergarten through 12th grade in both English and Spanish. The awarded contractor(s) will develop product-specific rubrics, conduct multiple rounds of review, and manage review groups, using a content management system provided by TEA or the instructional materials contractor.
