Clark County is seeking bids for the construction and upgrade of traffic signal systems and roadway improvements at multiple intersections in Las Vegas. - Government Buyer: - Clark County (Las Vegas, NV) - Scope of Work: - Construction of fully operational traffic signal systems at intersections including Jones Blvd/Shelbourne Ave, Badura Ave/Tenaya Way, and Silverado Ranch/Valley View Blvd - Construction of median worm islands at Las Vegas Blvd/Shelbourne Ave, Las Vegas Blvd/Richmar Ave, Las Vegas Blvd/Ford Ave, Lamb Blvd/Colorado Ave, and Fort Apache Rd/Post Rd - Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing improvements; salvage of designated items - Cold planing and sidewalk ramp reconstruction to meet ADA standards - Roadway improvements: UTACS, median islands, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement markings and markers, permanent signs - Valve box and manhole adjustments - Intersection streetlighting (including 3-bolt simplex 30’ streetlight poles) - Installation of traffic signal systems and appurtenances (new and reused equipment, including signal mast arms) - Installation and improvement of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) - Restoration of landscape and irrigation - Traffic and dust control - Products/Quantities: - 4 new 3-bolt simplex 30’ streetlight poles (Jones & Wigwam) - 2 new and 2 reused signal mast arms (Jones & Shelbourne) - Unique Requirements: - ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps - Careful removal of existing medians to preserve pavement - No extension for long-lead materials (already ordered) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation.
