This opportunity from the U.S. Army (USFK) seeks contractor support for the Pacific Equipment Set (PES) and Korea Rotational Forces (KRF) 17 & 18 missions in South Korea. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, United States Forces Korea (USFK), 411th Contracting Support Battalion - Products & Services Requested: - Rental and maintenance of shower containers (2 units per period, minimum 7 showerheads each, privacy, water supply, heating/cooling, power, grey water removal) - Personal hygiene containers (2 units per period, ISO modules with handwashing, hot water, HVAC, lighting, waste management) - Commercial laundry services (for 80-150 personnel, twice weekly, with sanitation and tracking) - Reefer containers (6 units total, 20-foot insulated, -40°F, power/fuel management, maintenance) - Swamp coolers (2 units, 25-gallon, 3000 CFM airflow, GFCI plugs, low-water shutoff) - Mobile office containers (4 units, 20-foot ISO, weather-proof, HVAC, lighting, desks, chairs, power distribution, grounding) - Quantities: - Shower containers: 4 units (2 per period) - Personal hygiene containers: 4 units (2 per period) - Laundry services: 2 jobs (for 80 and 150 personnel) - Reefer containers: 6 units (across three periods/locations) - Swamp coolers: 2 units - Mobile office containers: 4 units - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Installation, operation, maintenance, and demobilization at Busan Storage Center, Jinhae CFAC, and Jinhae Ammunition Port Pier 2 - Proposals must be in Korean Won and demonstrate technical capability per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Compliance with Republic of Korea (ROK) business licensing - Some deliveries require 20 days advance notice - Services must include sanitation, tracking, and proper waste management - No specific OEMs or named vendors are referenced; all items are generic or described by function and specification.
