This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is under Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 532289. An Offeror’s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through  Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement  Publication Notice (DPN) 20260507. In accordance with FAR 12.001(a), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12,  Part 12 shall take precedence.
