The U.S. Government, through the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest, Romania, is soliciting quotations from qualified hotels located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, for lodging, parking conference /meeting facilities, and catering services in support of an official U.S. Government-sponsored event.

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
