Description

The State University of New York (SUNY) Student Loan Service Center (SLSC), operating under the administration of the University at Albany (UAlbany), is seeking to contract with two collection agencies for the referral of delinquent Federal campus-based student loans and past-due educational accounts receivable. Only proposals from contractors presently engaged in the collection business and having collection experience with the Federal campus-based student loan programs and delinquent accounts receivable will be considered. Each of the two agencies selected will enter into two separate agreements with SUNY SLSC: one for student loan collections and one for delinquent accounts receivable. The contract term is 5 years and the location is statewide in New York.
