Description

Calaveras County Health and Human Services Agency is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed contractors for renovation, rehabilitation, accessibility, and site improvements to the Haven on the Hill Housing Project located at 556 Toyon Drive, San Andreas, California. The work includes accessibility upgrades, restroom and shower improvements, an accessible kitchen and public restroom, roofing and exterior repairs, flooring and interior finishes, door and hardware improvements, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life-safety, commercial kitchen improvements, accessible parking and paths of travel, and associated site work. The project is funded through Behavioral Health Bridge Housing and Behavioral Health Services Act funding and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Construction is phased with Phase 1 completion required within 120 calendar days and final completion within 180 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
