Description
The City of Temecula is soliciting proposals for Fire Panel Replacement and System Upgrades at the Community Recreation Center located at 30875 Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, CA. The scope includes providing addressable fire alarm control panels, emergency voice evacuation panels with batteries, power supply units, addressable smoke and duct detectors, control relay and monitoring modules, speaker/strobes, strobes, and tying in magnetic door holders throughout the building. The work involves equipment supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and coordination with the Fire Department for acceptance testing. The contract is intended to be awarded to one vendor with work completion not exceeding one year.
