Osceola County is seeking proposals for a comprehensive updated Inmate Population Study for the Osceola Corrections Facility. The study will evaluate current and projected inmate population trends considering county growth, legislative changes, correctional practices, and increasing mental health and special populations. The goal is to establish a data-driven inmate population forecast to support operational planning, facility master planning, space utilization, and capital decisions.
