The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified organizations to operate one or both of the County’s 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHF). This RFP will result in the award of contracts to one or more firms. The initial term for these services will be for approximately one (1) year, with an option to renew for six (6) additional one-year periods, at the County’s discretion.
