Description

The City of Fulton is seeking proposals from qualified consultants in planning, waterfront planning, environmental planning, engineering, landscape architecture, GIS/mapping, resiliency planning, and community planning to assist with the preparation and completion of the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP). The LWRP will guide the revitalization of the City's waterfront resources along the Oswego River and Lake Neatahwanta, identifying policies, projects, implementation techniques, regulatory tools, public engagement outcomes, and management structures.
