Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the BRWRF Flow Equalization and Solids Improvements project. The procurement process and contract performance will be governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 16, 2026, both virtually and in-person at the Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility. Bids must be submitted via the IonWave procurement system by August 27, 2026, and late bids will not be accepted.
