Description
The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is soliciting proposals for preventative and corrective maintenance services for all refrigeration equipment located at the Halifax and Ketch Harbour sites in Nova Scotia. The contract will have an initial term of two years starting November 2, 2026, with options to extend for up to five additional one-year periods. An optional site visit is scheduled for September 2, 2026, at 1411 Oxford Street, Halifax, followed by a visit to 270 Sandy Cove Road. The procurement method is competitive open bidding, and selection will be based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
