Description
This solicitation is for the comprehensive removal of existing siding and installation of new vinyl siding, including trims and accessories, on two operational buildings in Prince Edward Island National Park. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work according to the Statement of Work. The project includes removal and disposal of existing siding and windows, inspection and replacement of wood sheathing as needed, installation of new siding, ENERGY STAR rated vinyl windows, soffit, fascia, trim, flashing, and accessory management. The work must comply with applicable codes and regulations, and a 12-month workmanship warranty is required. The contract duration is one month, starting September 1, 2026, with completion no later than October 30, 2026.
