Description

This project aims to increase erosion resiliency and strengthen the stormwater management system at the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alberta through upgrades to existing infrastructure and new infrastructure installation. Work includes supply and installation of naturalized and armoured swales, new catch basins, rip rap at culvert inlets and outlets, and slope stability products around the museum property. The existing catch basins on steep slopes are being undermined by erosion, and ditches cannot carry runoff without flooding Tyrrell Museum Road, the main access to the museum.
