Description
The State of Hawaii is seeking a qualified contractor to develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan for Green Fee–funded projects. The contractor will also develop a public-facing dashboard or equivalent information tool accessible via a website to showcase these M&E metrics, including storytelling and strategic impact information on Green Fee Projects. The dashboard aims to demonstrate the impact of Green Fee investments, strengthen accountability, and inform future policy decisions. Contractor responsibilities include consulting with state stakeholders, developing or leveraging a platform for the dashboard, providing training and support, and implementing communications and outreach efforts.
