Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) is seeking proposals from qualified teams for consulting, technical services, EMIS implementation, metering and data infrastructure, commissioning, training, funding-agency reporting, and post-implementation support for BC Children’s Hospital and BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre in Vancouver, BC. The project involves implementing an ISO 50001-compliant Energy Management System and commissioning a functional Energy Management Information System for Phase 1 Base buildings. Funding may come from Natural Resources Canada and BC Hydro, with optional services for expanded EMIS and additional metering.
