Description
The County of Santa Barbara Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the Refugio Road Low Water Crossing over Refugio Creek. The scope includes preparation of Type Selection Reports, Plans, Specifications, and Estimates, geotechnical and hydraulic engineering, environmental permitting support, right-of-way engineering support, utility coordination, and related services. The contract is for 3 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 27, 2026.
