This solicitation is for the procurement of Reading Horizons Elevate Online Software designed to assist low-level adult readers (Pre-K-K12) in improving their reading skills and transitioning from ABE to Pre-GED or GED classes. The software package must include at least 81 multi-sensory interactive lessons geared towards adults, a reading library with at least 280 passages, vocabulary development with no less than 13,000 terms, and reference materials including a user manual. The software should allow for 500 reusable seat licenses that can be reassigned without additional cost, and provide staff with the ability to enroll and unenroll students and access progress reports and usage data.
