Description

The City of Westminster is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide on-call professional engineering design services for roadway improvement projects. The selected firms will support planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction support for capital improvement and maintenance projects involving city streets and related infrastructure. Services include civil engineering design, topographic surveys, pavement engineering, utility coordination, traffic engineering, ADA curb ramp design, drainage and water quality design, cost estimating, bid support, and construction-phase engineering. The city may execute multiple agreements and issue project-specific task orders based on qualifications and availability. The RFQ process includes submission of qualifications, interviews, and contract approval with work authorized by task orders.
