Description

The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from experienced and qualified individuals or firms to provide comprehensive professional wellness and laboratory services. The provider will deliver a Wellness Program for approximately 200 public safety personnel, fulfilling NFPA 1580 standards to support health, reduce occupational risk, and promote wellness. The program includes fitness assessments, laboratory blood testing, at least four educational lectures/workshops on health, fitness, and nutrition, and individualized consultation services. The initial contract is for one year with the possibility of four additional one-year renewals.
