Description

The Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) Bureau of Vital Records (BVR) requires continued and uninterrupted contract services for their existing VRVweb Vital Records System-Maintenance and Support from ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc. during system upgrade from MoEVER 1.0 to MoEVER 2.0. This amendment adds an additional one-year renewal period during the system upgrade. The maintenance and support services are proprietary and only available from ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc., making this a single feasible source procurement. The contract period is from June 19, 2026 through June 18, 2027.
