The City seeks to pre-qualify experienced and financially stable insurance providers capable of delivering high-quality group benefits solutions with competitive pricing, comprehensive coverage, innovative solutions, responsive service, dedicated account management, and flexibility for future changes. This solicitation is for insurance providers and/or claims-paying organizations only, not benefits advisors, brokers, consultants, or third-party administrators. The City has retained a benefits consultant in an advisory capacity and all communications must go through the City's procurement process and designated platform.
