Description

The Town of Morinville is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide dedicated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project management and advisory services. The contractor will serve as the Municipality's ERP Replacement Project Manager, working as an integrated member of the cross-functional project team. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, overseeing, and supporting project delivery, working closely with various departments, stakeholders, and the ERP vendor. The contractor will manage the project and provide professional advice to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, but does not have authority to make business, financial, contractual, or policy decisions unless explicitly delegated.
